This is really a typical day for Shadow and Thunderchild... Shadow says something insulting, Thunderchild takes offence and then Shadow wishes he'd never said anything at all.
To be honest, it doesn't take too much for Shadow and Thunderchild to fly off the handle at each other, since Shadow's half Draconian and Thunderchild's half Hyrren.
Hyrrens and Draconians really do not get on! At all! To the point that Draconians are slaves on the Hyrren's home planet!
What makes this worse for Shadow is that he is a water-type Draconian, thus, can't take heat... this is possibly the reason Thunderchild chose this punishment.
And for the record, Thunderchild's wife is a Final Fantasy IX Genome!
