Shadow Liger redo

Well, several days, 3 A4 pages and 1 corrupted Paint Shop Pro 8 later, I finally finish this

Yup, this is a gussied up version of my original Shadow Liger design
This version was built for high speeds

I had the perfect background selected in Paint Shop Pro, but every time I tried to save the thing, PSP choose to freeze up instead
I tried restarting the computer, uninstalling then reinstalling, but nothing would work! I ended up taking it into Photoshop CS2 instead! and found this even more perfect background! I have a feeling I may be using this background again sometime

The Shadow Liger's pilot named it "Tempest"
